Fish Feed formulating

PRODUCTION OF QUALITY FISH FEED. Especially.
The most important thing in feed production is understanding the nature of each feed materials as regards the physiological effects on monogastric(single stomach ) animals like catfish
If we all have/use same feed formula we could all end up arriving at very different feed quality: Let me kindly explain using the basic machines mostly used in Nigeria especially for sinking feeds
Aims that must be targeted in feed are
1.Digestibility (fcr)
2.Palatable
Items that are not too necessary for proper pulverizing are gnc,,garri,,indomie/spaghetti,,,dried fish,,,among others
So kindly request for finely pulverize materials mostly cellulose materials so as your fishes to get optimal digestion
The most used fish feed equipment are sold by capsfeed or locally fabricated duplicating capsfeed imported machines

To produce effectively,,,the machines that should be available are

1.Pulverizer
2.mixer
3.Steam boiler
4.pellets machine (either ring or flat die)
5.Cooler
